NoahWell, folks, I’ve got good news and bad news.

The good news first. Noah lost .4 lbs. his first week on the NuLo Simply Fit system. Yay Noah!

Now for the bad news.

He gained it all back. Why?

Well, because my human ABANDONED us for a week, that’s why.

She went away to Atlanta for a week. And even though she had a sitter come and stay with us, she left our food in a weekend feeder instead of having it portioned out at scheduled times.

Normally, she feeds us 3 times a day (not nearly enough in my opinion) instead of leaving food out all the time. Although I don’t like it much, it does make it more possible for her to control the portion size that Noah eats.

Guess that his experience is a good testament to the value of portion control in maintaining a healthy weight for a cat.

There’s another thing too.

Part of the NuLo program emphasizes exercise as well. Seems as though my human has been a slacker in that department as well.

So here’s the deal. My human, BZTAT, needs reminders. Can you help her remember that she needs to play with us and give us some good exercise?

Send her a tweet now and then to remind her, OK? The more we pressure her, the more fun there is for me — I mean, the more fit Noah will become.

Just Meowin’,
